Question patterns that surface latency, residency, and change windows early.

Replace adjectives with observable outcomes. “Faster” becomes a measured latency band; “simple” becomes a named user path and an out-of-scope list.

Name open risks early so engineering can challenge them. Hidden risks become schedule surprises.
